COVID-19 CLAIMS 2 MORE LIVES, 50 NEW CASES REPORTED

COVID-19 has claimed 2 more lives in Oregon with 50 new cases reported on Tuesday.
An update from the Oregon Health Authority said that brings the number of cases in the state to 1,633. The new cases include:
*22 in Multnomah County
*9 in Marion County
*5 in Washington County
*3 each in Clackamas and Douglas County.
*2 in Yamhill County
*1 each in Benton, Deschutes, Jefferson, Klamath, Lane and Tillamook counties.
A case previously reported by Columbia County was reclassified to negative based on revised test results, reducing the cumulative total by 1 case.
Oregon’s 54th COVID-19 death is a 71-year old man in Multnomah County who tested positive on April 1st and died on Sunday at Legacy Mount Hood Medical Center.
Oregon’s 55th COVID-19 death is an 88-year old woman in Benton County, who tested positive on Saturday and died on Monday at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center.
Both had underlying medical conditions according to OHA.
