A Roseburg man was cited for harassment and second-degree criminal mischief by Roseburg Police on Thursday.
The RPD report said just before 5:00 p.m. multiple employees at McDonalds on Stewart Parkway advised that they had asked the 66-year old man to leave the property three separate times, but he had refused. One employee also said the suspect had thrown a bag of garbage at her, striking her with it.
The man was released after being cited.
