Roseburg man was jailed after he allegedly misused 911.
Information from the Roseburg Police said the 44-year old utilized the “text to 911” service several times Monday night to make delusional reports including saying that there was a bomb at the jail. The report said the suspect was given several warnings but continued his behavior.
He was taken into custody just before 1:00 p.m. Tuesday. Charges against him included first degree disorderly conduct and improper use of 911.
