A Roseburg man was cited for unlawful entry into a vehicle and for second degree theft on Tuesday.
Information from Roseburg Police said a victim reported that someone had entered her vehicle on Douglas Avenue, and that there were items missing. A 29-year old man was developed as a suspect and was later allegedly found in possession of some of the stolen property.
The man was released after being cited.
