Mercy Foundation and the Douglas Public Health Network continue to partner together to collect Personal Protective Equipment for all emergency medical personnel, clinics and hospitals in Douglas County.
An update from the foundation said the response from the community has been “overwhelming”. Donations have been received from individuals, dentists, and from local and national businesses.
Donations of these items are still needed- New unopened boxes of:
*Masks (surgical, N-95)
*Gloves of all sizes
*Shoe covers and
*Hand sanitizer
Donations are being collected at Mercy Foundation. Arrangements can be made for picking them up by calling 677-4818.
