A 59-year old Roseburg man was cited following an incident on Southeast Jackson Street on Thursday afternoon.
A report from Roseburg Police said at about 4:20 p.m. the suspect was contacted outside a business in the 700 block of the street. Multiple witnesses said the man had made threats to kill an employee’s family members as well as the employee. The report said he had also tried to start at least two fights and obstructed vehicular traffic in the roadway.
The man was cited for second degree disorderly conduct and then released.
