A Roseburg man was cited following a roadway incident on Wednesday night.
A report from Roseburg Police said at about 7:30 p.m. officers contacted the 59-year old near the corner of Northeast Winchester and Nash. The report said the man was allegedly standing in the roadway, yelling and flipping off several people that were across the street. The report said the man was alleged to be heavily intoxicated and was taken into custody per his probation officers request.
He was released after being cited for a probation violation.
