In response to the COVID-19 emergency, Adapt, a provider of integrated addiction treatment, mental health care, and primary care services in south Oregon, remains open at all locations.
A release said Adapt has implemented additional screening measures and safeguards to ensure the safety of patients, caregivers and communities.
CEO Dr. Gregory Brigham said “safe and accessible services are our priority right now”. He said they are committed to the safety of their patients, families and employees.
The release said all outpatient treatment services at Adapt, Compass Behavioral Health and SouthRiver Community Health Center are adequately staffed and continue to provide services. Adapts residential substance use treatment programs have taken several steps to protect patient health and safety and will continue to serve patients and the community, according to the release.
Brigham said they have expanded telephone and telehealth services for new and existing patients. They have implemented a new screening policy across all locations. Patients and visitors will be asked appropriate screening questions and have their temperature taken.
Changes to services during the COVID-19 emergency will be posted at www.adaptoregon.org.
