A Roseburg man was taken into custody after the vehicle he was driving ran into multiple vehicles early Saturday morning.
Information from Roseburg Police said at 12:15 a.m. 34-year Isaiah Irvin was headed southbound on Northwest Stewart Parkway at a very high rate of speed when his vehicle missed the curve in front of Red Robin. The report said the vehicle went onto the sidewalk, through the landscaping and into the mall parking lot where it caused damage to a number of parked vehicles.
The report said the man showed signs of impairment and agreed to field sobriety tests which he performed poorly. He was held after providing a .09 blood alcohol content. Irvin was charged with reckless driving, reckless endangering and for DUII.
All of the vehicles involved had to be towed from the scene.
