A Roseburg man was cited for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle by Roseburg Police on Friday night.
A report from Roseburg Police said a victim reported that their sedan had been taken from the parking lot of Adapt on West Madrone on March 21st. The report said video footage showed that the vehicle had been taken by a single male.
At about 7:50 p.m. a witness saw the vehicle on Buckhorn Road. Officers and deputies responded to the area and located the vehicle on Spike Court. A 35-year old man was identified as the suspected. He was released after the citation was issued.
