The Douglas County Planning Commission will have a teleconference meeting Thursday evening to approve and sign a finding of facts from the previous meeting.
An update from County government said the virtual meeting will be held at 6:00 p.m. It will be conducted via a teleconference format, in which the members of the Planning Commission will call-in on a multiple line telephone/speaker system to convene on the finding of facts agenda item only.
The update said there is no opportunity for public participation in either of the matters. The Planning Commission has made their decision and the record is closed. The County is required to make the meeting open to the public and will accommodate anyone who wants to listen in to the proceedings.
