A 17-year old was cited for third degree theft and for being a minor in possession of alcohol by Roseburg Police on Tuesday night.
A report from Roseburg Police said at 11:00 p.m. the male from Garibaldi allegedly drank a sample size bottle of wine at Sherm’s Thunderbird on Stewart Parkway and later left the store. He was released to an adult after being cited.
