Two transients were cited after an alleged trespassing incident at the city water tanks on Monday.
Information from the Roseburg Police said at 9:15 a.m. officers responded to the tanks on Northeast Bellview. A 32-year old man and a 30-year old woman were located in a dilapidated water tank, which they were using as a camp. They had allegedly damaged city property while at the location.
They were each cited for trespass and for criminal mischief and then were released.
