In response to the COVID-19 situation, branches of Banner Bank have closed their lobby’s to customers.
Information from Banner said all drive-up banking remains open during business hours. On-site ATMs and night depositories are still operating as well. Those customers who need access to their safe deposit box, or other lobby services can call their branch to set up an appointment.
The release said customers are also encouraged to use channels that support remote and digital banking services.
The bank also said they have help in place for those who are facing financial difficulties due to COVID-19.
