In the KQEN Cultural Spotlight:
The Umpqua Valley Arts Association is closed through April 6th.
A release from the UVAA said the non-profit is “committed to operating with an abundance of caution for all and will do everything in our power to support world-wide efforts to further slow the spread of the virus”.
All events, workshops, and classes are cancelled and the doors of the Umpqua Valley Arts Center are closed to the public for now.
The release said the UVAA will continue to monitor the situation as it evolves to determine how to proceed beyond April 7th.
