A transient was cited after an incident at the Duck Pond in Stewart Park in Roseburg on Tuesday.
Information from Roseburg Police said at 3:00 p.m. callers reported that a man was acting disorderly in the park, as well as spray painting trash cans near the parking lot.
The 36-year old was released after the citation was issued.
