The Oregon Health Authority has advice for those who may be a higher risk for COVID-19.
That may include older people and those whose medical condition makes them more vulnerable.
*Stay at home as much as possible.
*Make sure there is access to several weeks of medications and supplies in case there is a need to stay home for prolonged periods of time.
*When going in public, keep away from others that are sick. Limit close contact and wash hands often.
*Avoid crowds.
*Stay up to date with Travel Health Notices from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
