A Roseburg man was cited on fraud charges on Sunday.
A report from Roseburg Police said on February 22nd, the 50-year old allegedly used the credit card of a female victim twice without her permission, at a downtown Roseburg store.
The man was contacted Sunday and cited for two counts each of computer crime and fraudulent use of a credit card.
He was released after the citation was issued.
