A Roseburg man was jailed for second degree disorderly conduct on Friday.
Information from Roseburg Police said at about 5:00 p.m. a 40-year old man was reportedly screaming at vehicles in the 800 block of Southeast Pine Street while holding a hatchet.
He was released from custody on Monday.
