A Roseburg man was charged with third degree theft and first-degree criminal trespass on Wednesday night.
A report from Roseburg Police said 48-year old Gerald Jordan allegedly stole $100 from Denny’s Restaurant on February 14th. He then reportedly fled from police on the railroad tracks. The man had recently been arrested on a number of unrelated charges and was already in jail.
The new charges were added late Wednesday. Jordan is being held without bail in the Douglas County Jail.
