Two Roseburg residents were cited in a littering incident by Roseburg Police on Monday.
At about 10:45 a.m. a 51-year old man and a 41- year old man, were found asleep under the Oak Street Bridge. The first man had been warned two days earlier regarding the garbage surrounding their camp.
They were cited for depositing trash within 100 yards of a waterway and then were released.
