One man was hurt when his vehicle rolled on Tuesday night.
A report from the Oregon State Police said just before 5:30 p.m. an eastbound vehicle on Highway 38 struck a tree and rolled near Drain. The 27-year old driver from Salem was transported to Sacred Heart Medical Center at Riverbend in Springfield for treatment of minor injuries. The report said the driver was not sure what had happened, but told a trooper that he may have fallen asleep.
The vehicle had to be towed from the scene.
