Staff with the City of Sutherlin want residents to know that they are not affiliated with the bill pay website www.doxo.com
Deputy City Recorder Melanie Masterfield told News Radio 1240 KQEN the staff recently became aware of the site. She said it states that people can use it to pay utility bills, fees and court fines. Masterfield said staff is encouraging residents not to pay using the site. She said they are currently doing research about the company and where the money goes if a resident does use it.
