A Roseburg man was cited for prohibited camping on Saturday night.
Information from Roseburg Police said at about 11:30 p.m. the 27-year old was found sleeping on the sidewalk at Safeway on Northeast Stephens. The report said the man was under a tarp and using his clothing as a pillow.
He was released after the citation was issued.
