A Roseburg man was hospitalized after a single-vehicle wreck early Sunday.
A report from the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office said the accident took place at about 2:50 a.m. A driver was headed east on Glengary Loop and failed to negotiate a turn, causing the vehicle to roll. It finally stopped in the roadway. The driver, a 22-year old man, was transported to Mercy Medical Center before being flown to Sacred Heart Medical Center at Riverbend in Springfield, due to a broken pelvis.
The report said that speed and alcohol appeared to be a factor. No further details have been released.
