A Roseburg man was cited for prohibited camping and trespass on Thursday.
Information from the Roseburg Police said at 10:00 a.m. an officer contacted a 68-year old man under the Washington Street Bridge while a work crew was trying to clean up the area. The report said the man was laying on blankets, surrounded by personal possessions and trash.
The man was released after being cited.
