A 22-year old man was jailed and charged with menacing on Sunday afternoon.
A report from the Oregon State Police said around 12:30 p.m. it was reported that a man driving a car had pointed a gun at another vehicle in the area of Interstate Five and Edenbower Boulevard in Roseburg.
The report said the driver was located in Winston and a gun was found in the vehicle. The driver admitted that he had held the gun up so the other driver could see it. He was taken into custody and was released on Tuesday.
