Roseburg Police cited a man, accused of throwing two rocks through the window of Domino’s Pizza on West Harvard, on Saturday night.
A report from RPD said at 6:30 p.m. employees reported the incident. They said the suspect was upset with the business because he claimed that a delivery driver had almost hit him while he was out walking. The 38-year old man was contacted nearby and cited for first degree criminal mischief. He was then released.
