A Roseburg man was jailed for strangulation following an incident early Friday morning.
A report from the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office said at about 12:40 a.m. the 30-year old man was detained after he reportedly choked a woman during an argument. The report said the victim had red marks on her neck and a cut on her left cheek.
The man was held on $6,250 bail.
