In the KQEN Business Spotlight:
Site preparation work continues at the Hanna Heritage Place development on Mulholland Drive in Roseburg, as the company works at adding more future tenants
Hanna Family Incorporated President Polly Johnson told News Radio 1240 KQEN that the current activity is in preparation for a multi-use building with three tenant spaces. Johnson said Five Guys Burgers and Fries will occupy a 2500 square foot space closest to the street. She said it will have both indoor and outdoor seating.
Guion Randol Contracting is the General Contractor for the project with Cradar Enterprises handling the site work. Grading is currently going on.
Johnson said the work underway includes a u-shaped drive that will access the new pad as well as all future pads south of the Hampton Inn & Suites. She expects that pad to be finished before the end of the year. Crews will then move on to developing another site within the retail center. Scheduled completion of that site is set for 2021.
Johnson said there are ground leases and build to suit opportunities available within the center. Johnson said Hanna is currently working with a telecommunications company, coffee business, brewery, dental clinic, financial institution and other office space, as future tenants. She said Timber Country Coca Cola, located to the north of the Hampton Inn, will be relocating to its new facility on Del Rio Road later this year, which will also open up that space as a lease opportunity. Johnson said businesses interested in securing a tenant space in the development can call 541-492-3288.
