A Roseburg woman was cited for second degree criminal mischief on Monday.
A report from Roseburg Police said at about 5:20 p.m. a victim reported that her window in her vehicle was broken while she was inside of Walmart. The woman recalled seeing a suspect in the parking lot around the same time and thought that he might be responsible. A 28-year old was contacted and was charged based on evidence obtained during the investigation.
She was released after the citation was issued.
