A Roseburg man was cited for a past burglary by Roseburg Police on Wednesday.
Information from RPD said at 3:30 p.m. the 29-year old man was contacted in the parking lot of a business on Stewart Parkway. The report said he was arrested for allegedly breaking into a residence earlier and stealing items from inside.
He was released after the citation was issued.
