A Roseburg man was arrested for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle by Roseburg Police on Tuesday.
Information from RPD said at about 12:00 p.m. the 21-year old man was contacted at his Probation Officer’s office on Northeast Winchester, stemming from a prior investigation.
He was released after being cited.
