Four people were cited by Roseburg Police in two separate incidents Tuesday evening and early Wednesday.
The RPD report said at about 11:50 p.m. a 63-year old male transient was contacted while sleeping in the overpark structure on Southeast Rose downtown.
Wednesday at about 4:20 a.m. three transients, ranging in age between 28 and 51 were all found camping under the Fowler Street Bridge.
Everyone was released after being cited.
