A Roseburg man was cited for harassment, at Adapt on West Madrone on Wednesday morning.
A report from the Roseburg Police said at 11:00 a.m. the victim was making a call in the hallway when he got punched several times in the head by a 39-year old man. Witnesses said the incident was unprovoked. The report said the suspect and the victim had never met or exchanged any words.
The suspect was released after being cited.
