A Roseburg man was jailed on the charge of second-degree criminal mischief on Tuesday.
A report from the Roseburg Police said at about 11:45 p.m. officers investigating a complaint of harassment outside the Downtown Market and Deli learned that the 36-year old has allegedly written on the store windows with a marker, and was in possession of beer and marijuana, which was a violation of his parole.
He was held without bail.
