A Roseburg man was arrested after being found sleeping in front of a business on Thursday.
A report from Roseburg Police said just after 4:10 a.m. the 66-year old man was contacted in the 1300 block of Northeast Stephens. While police talked with him, they determined that there was a failure to appear warrant out for his arrest. He was taken to the Douglas County Jail.
