A Roseburg woman was cited for prohibited camping and for drinking in public on Monday afternoon.
A report from Roseburg Police said at 3:30 p.m. the 59-year old was found sleeping under blankets surrounded by half empty alcohol containers, at the Overpark on Southeast Rose.
She was released after the citation was issued.
