Oregon 230 is closed due to trees leaning over the highway, creating hazardous conditions.
Gary Leaming of the Oregon Department of Transportation said the closure is from Oregon 138 near Diamond Lake to the Oregon 230/62 intersection near Union Creek. Leaming said drivers should use alternate routes and be prepared for winter driving conditions.
There is no estimated time for reopening the highway. It was closed late Sunday afternoon.
