A Redding, California man was cited for second degree criminal trespass in downtown Roseburg on Thursday.
A report from the Roseburg Police said just after 6:00 a.m. the 30-year old man was spotted after he allegedly had crawled through a broken hole in the lattice of the Willis Park gazebo on Southeast Rose. He allegedly went past a no trespassing sign in the process. The report said the suspect indicated that the hole in the lattice was already there.
He was released after being cited.
