A Roseburg man was cited for prohibited camping on Thursday.
A report from Roseburg Police said at about 9:15 a.m. officers contacted a 66-year old man who was sleeping in his sleeping bag on the back porch of the Umpqua Business Center. The report said the man was told to clean up his trash and to leave the area.
He was released after being cited.
