An Umpqua man was cited for unlawful possession of inhalants, twice on Saturday.
A report from Roseburg Police said at about 3:00 p.m. the 30-year old suspect was contacted at the car wash on Winchester Street and was allegedly found huffing Dust- Off. He was released after being cited.
At about 10:30 p.m. the man was again reportedly found huffing a Dust-Off can while parked in the drive through of Subway on Diamond Lake Boulevard. He was again released after being cited.
