Wiley said there will also be brief remarks from local officials followed by music from the Umpqua Singers and an activity and crafts for all ages.
Wiley said since the Roseburg Public Library opened in December of 2018, more than 5,000 library cards have been issued, 9,500 people have attended 255 special events and more than 100,000 visits have been logged.
