A Roseburg man was jailed following a menacing incident early Friday morning.
A report from Roseburg Police said an investigation revealed that the 28-year old man allegedly chased a 41-year old male victim while carrying a knife in the 200 block of Northeast Jackson at about 4:50 a.m. The report said the situation created imminent and serious injury while also alarming multiple witnesses due to the violent conduct.
The suspect was held on charges of menacing and second-degree disorderly conduct. He was initially detained on $8,750 bail.
