An Albany woman was hurt in a two-vehicle accident on Sunday morning.
A report from the Roseburg Police Department said at 11:15 a.m. a 41-year old woman pulled out of Shortcut Market on Northeast Winchester and attempted to cross all lanes of traffic in order to continue east on Wright Street. The driver did not see a vehicle which was traveling north on Winchester. The second vehicle hit the side of the first car.
The second driver was transported to Mercy Medical Center to be treated for a broken arm. The driver that caused the wreck was cited for failing to yield the right of way.
