A Roseburg man was jailed after allegedly waving Harry Potter wands on Monday.
Information from Roseburg Police said about 6:45 p.m. the 36-year old returned to McDonalds on Stewart Parkway where he had been trespassed from the day before. The man was detained after waving the wands at customers.
