A transformer was struck during a two-vehicle crash on Monday morning.
A report from the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office said at 11:00 a.m. the driver of a U-Haul vehicle pulled out into the roadway in front of Seven Feathers Casino in Canyonville, and struck another vehicle. That caused the vehicle hit, to crash into a 1,260-volt transformer which was still live.
No further information was available in the DCSO report.
