A Roseburg man allegedly broke a window at the Douglas County Courthouse because he was unhappy about being released from jail on Wednesday night.
A report from the Roseburg Police said the 74-year old had been cited and released by another agency but he had wanted to stay incarcerated. After breaking a window by the jail entrance, he was cited for second degree criminal mischief and then referred to the warming center for a place to stay for the night. The citation was issued at about 5:30 p.m.
