The northbound driver, a 39-year old man, drifted into the southbound lane and struck the other vehicle head on.
That man and one of his passengers had to be extricated from the vehicle while the other passenger was able to get out on his own. The driver that was hit, a 65-year old man, got out of his vehicle and complained of minor pain.
The driver that caused the accident was cited for driving while suspended, and for failure to maintain a lane.
