The leaf collection program of the City of Roseburg Public Works Department continues through January 3rd.
Workers are picking up leaves in a clockwise direction as they go through the City. It will take between two and four weeks to make a complete cycle of the city limits depending on the quantity of leaves.
Residents are reminded not to place leaves in the street gutter, ditches, bike lanes, too close to parked vehicles, or on top of catch basins. City crews will not pick up anything except leaves that have been raked and piled up.
City residents who would like to have one or more loads of leaves delivered to their property can call the Public Works Department at 492-6730.
